In the Nest

Each of our new litters will be posted here once they're born and thriving.
When they're old enough to be reserved (around 5-6 weeks) we will then move them to our Available Babies
 page.

MORE COMING SOON!
SCROLL TO SEE FIRST AUTUMN LITTER

Breeding has started and we'll know more about the success of the matings in the coming weeks. If all was successful we should have a couple of Holland Lop litters and a few Lionhead litters in early October! Both breeds should give us lots of blue eyed buns!
Also, be sure to check out the bunnies we have available for rehoming and adopting right now! We have a sweet Holland Lop doe who is about 4 months old.

We also have several sweet little Lionhead bucks from our spring breeding who, through no fault of their own, are still waiting for their forever homes. Spring litters tend to linger as most people travel in the Summer. The good news is these buns are ready to be neutered now so you don't have to suffer through the adolescence stage which can be frustrating for some people.

Check out our
Available Babies and Available Young Rabbits pages to learn more.
Pick of the Litter Club
The adoption process is greatly streamlined with our "Pick of the Litter Club". If you'd like to be placed on this priority waitlist please let us know. After filling out an adoption application we will reach out to you and if after communicating about the application both parties agree to adoption you can submit a non-refundable $10 fee per rabbit you intend to adopt and you'll be placed on a priority waitlist.

You cannot purchase spots on multiple litters unless you intend to adopt from said litters. In other words, you cannot purchase a waitlist spot on two different litters to give yourself more options if you only intend to adopt one rabbit. Each spot is for intended adoptions only.

Unless you are an experienced breeder and we have an understanding between us about your intentions, we will not sell a male and a female together except on a case by case basis and we will require a signed guarantee that you will spay/neuter the bunnies and keep them separate until the procedures are done.

Once the rabbits are old enough for reserving you will be notified in the order you sign up and will have 24 hours to choose your rabbit before we move on to the next person on the list. Once we move through this list reservations are then opened to the public. If we do not have a rabbit of the gender you are looking for when it's your turn to pick, your $10 fee will roll over onto a priority list for the next upcoming litter for the breed you're looking for.
Gendering Babies

Identifying the sex of the babies is not easy while they're small. At Tiff and Tom's Rabbitry we cannot guarantee genders. They're especially tough to sex before they're old enough to be available for reservations. We will let you know our best guess at that point but when you give us your non-refundable down payment you do assume some risk that the gender will not be what you originally anticipate.

If the rabbit's gender isn't what you anticipate, and this prevents you from being able to adopt the bunny, you can move your downpayment to another available rabbit or a future litter. By the time the rabbits are old enough to leave our home and go to you their genders should be very clear. Read our Sales Policy to learn more.
